Course vision
To give commercial staff a practical way to find, price and share out the risks in a deal, so that decisions are made knowingly rather than by accident.
Who should participate?
Commercial and bid managers, finance business partners, procurement leads and in-house advisers who review deals before signature. Some experience of contracts and basic financial statements is assumed.
Course description
The CCR is self-paced, with two optional live clinics where you can bring questions to a tutor. Modules follow the life of a deal: bid, negotiation, delivery and close. Each one ends with a short exercise on a sample software-services contract, building up a single risk register you complete during the course. The exam presents a new deal and asks you to identify the main risks, suggest how to allocate them in the contract and estimate their cost.
