Common questions
How do I book a course?
Log in to My Academy, choose the course and pay by card. If your employer is paying, choose "Invoice" at checkout and add a purchase order number.
When do I get my exam result?
Results for online exams appear in My Academy within ten working days. Case-study and portfolio results take up to four weeks.
Can I change my exam date?
Yes, free of charge up to seven days before your slot. After that, a £25 change fee applies unless you are ill or have an emergency.
I have forgotten my password.
Use "Forgot password?" on the login page. If the email does not arrive within an hour, contact Member Services.
