Course vision

To make sure that once a contract is signed, someone owns it, knows what it says and makes it deliver what was paid for.

Who should participate?

Contract managers and administrators, project managers who run supplier work, and account managers on the selling side who manage obligations to customers. Some experience of live contracts is assumed; the FCCP or equivalent knowledge is recommended.

Course description

The CCM follows one service contract from signature to exit. In each of the three workshops you work on the same contract pack: a facilities-management agreement with schedules, a change log and six months of performance reports. Between workshops you complete short exercises, such as drafting a variation or a formal notice, and get written feedback from a tutor. The exam uses a fresh contract pack, and you can bring your own notes.
