We are a team of 23 people in Birmingham, plus around 40 freelance tutors and assessors across the country.
We have no open roles at the moment. When we do, we list them here with the salary range, the hours and the closing date. We do not use recruitment agencies.
How we work. Most of the team works from our office in Birmingham two or three days a week and from home the rest. Core hours are 10am to 3pm; the rest is up to you and your manager. Everyone gets 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and free access to every Academy course.
Tutors and assessors. We are always glad to hear from experienced practitioners who would like to teach or mark for us. You will need at least five years of commercial experience and the patience to explain things simply. Most tutors teach two to six days a year alongside their main job. Send a short note about your experience through the enquiry form, choosing "Something else" as the topic.
Fair recruitment. We shortlist against a published list of criteria, and we offer an interview to any disabled applicant who meets them. Tell us if you need adjustments at any stage.
